In today's episode, we're going to be covering some ground about content and social media cycling. I've covered pieces of this in past episodes. But I'd like to go over these last two sections and the visibility lounge program and what I'm covering because maybe you'll get some inspiration, are you ready to get your brand seen worldwide, ready to learn the exact strategies that have made millionaires want to know the secret software's I use to save time, energy and keep things running and profitable with the minimal team. It's all here on my show, the visible entrepreneur. Hey, it is good to see you. I am glad that you were back with me here at the visible entrepreneur. It has been such an exciting couple of weeks, I know I've been talking to you about the visibility launch program, and I'm actually proofing videos. Now to upload I shot them I edited them. I brought someone in to add all the titles and I've had a more emotional reaction than I thought I would have seen it all come together. And I don't know if you can relate to that feeling you put your blood, sweat and tears into something that can help other people radically shift to something. And when you see it come together, it's just like this heart feeling that I have not experienced before. In today's episode, we're going to be covering some ground about content and social media cycling. I've covered pieces of this in past episodes. But I'd like to go over these last two sections and the visibility lounge program and what I'm covering because maybe you'll get some inspiration, maybe you'll want to come into the program, maybe you'll be able to tweak just that one piece, which is going to make a lot of sense for you either way, I'm here for it. And I'm excited to dive into this episode with you. So I wanted to show you really fast visibility lands trademark has come through it's official. So excited about that I'm actually going to start framing my trademarks because it's a big achievement. And I have to thank my friend at Tom Atlanta guard, he is a trademark attorney. And he actually came into the visibility lounge program to teach members how to submit for their own trademark. And I bought like I got to practice what I preach here. So I went in there and did it myself. And with a little bit of tweaking, was able to get it going. For people that don't want to do it themselves. They can also hire Tom, but I just have to shout him out. Tom, you're amazing. Appreciate you he actually came in and did an hour long training for our members. so grateful to him an amazing person. So let's dive into today's episode. So we've talked about analyzing your personality type your productivity style, figuring out how you work best. And then moving that into the next section, which is messaging, we covered your mission statement, your belief statement, your brand, video, your value ladder, all of those things, your funnel, all the important things that you need to have in place before you quote unquote, go public, right? Because now we're getting into having content rolling out, hopefully on a weekly basis to educate people, right? Because the goal of visibility is what are the three things traffic subscribers, customers? So how do you do that? And a lot of people come to me they're like, well, I'm just going to start with we'll see I'm going to start podcast guesting. And I say, okay, hold up, because that host is going to go to your website, they're going to go to your social media, and they're gonna see if you're truly the expert in this field, right. And if you haven't put the work into your content and social media, then chances are you're not going to get the gig. And I think that it's actually going to make your publicity suffer, because your publicity campaigns are going to be too broad and not specific. So that's where we really want to start talking about a term I came up with a couple years ago called visibility vehicles. It's just a fancy term for a primary content channel. And this is where it's time for you to start a blog, a podcast, a live streaming show, a video channel or a virtual summit. That's all it is, right? This is a way that you can share your education and expertise in the public for them to go oh my gosh, that's the person I need to go to for this information. Right. It's all So a way that we can start attracting that traffic, we can start building our subscriber base and converting them into customers. So this is the next phase that I like to teach in the visibility lounge program, figuring out based on your personality type, which visibility vehicle is going to be the best for you, right? And let's say that it's podcasting. And figuring out, okay, I need to start planning out this content, how often is it going to start releasing, and usually people like to do it on a weekly basis, right now I'm weekly, and then about every three months, I take a couple of weeks off, right. So coming up with a schedule that's going to work for you, where you can help educate your audience, grow your audience, and then start growing your subscribers and revenue. So once you figured out what your vehicle is going to be, then it's a really good time to start planning out your topics, breaking this down. And there is a great way to do this. I like to actually search I searched on Google, I searched on YouTube, and I search on Pinterest to figure out what are people searching for? What videos are the most popular, what connects with an audience. And if you do this, right, basing it off of your business pillars, right, the main topics of what you teach, you can actually come up with 30 to 50, very specific keyword rich topics, where then all you have to do is show up and record in whatever way shape or form you want to do that podcast, blog, video live stream, right? This is really helpful because the hardest thing is actually coming up with what you're going to talk about. And that stops a lot of people. Whereas if you can plan this in advance, then you can start a batch recording, getting this content done to then move into the next phase, which is the social media scheduling right? Now, when it comes to social media, it's really important to look at, where are you going to be posting? How often are you going to be posting? And what are your goals with that platform. So I'm going to take for example, Instagram and Pinterest, right? with Instagram. That's a platform that I like to use to really educate my audience base. This is where I use a lot of infographics. This is where I publish my visibility vehicle. This is where I like to share a lot of stories, right. So with that platform, my main goal is educating and building trust to bring them onto my email list, right? With Pinterest. It's similar, but Pinterest is more of a search engine. So my goal with Pinterest is to really be known if you put in visibility, or color psychology or publicity that I'm at the top of those search results, right. And I know for sure that I can get at least, you know, 150 to 200 subscribers a month just from Pinterest, right. And we've talked about Pinterest on past episodes, you can go back through the website and find those and listen and read. I give lots of great examples. And I also had Laura on the show. So she comes and talks about everything we've been doing with my Pinterest account as well. So I think that it's really important to figure out what are your goals with the different social media channels you are working on? I don't think that you should have more than two or three, just because otherwise it can get really overwhelming. You may be saying okay, Michelle, well, if I'm publishing my vehicle once a week, I'm not necessarily able to fill up all five days with the content from my video or podcast. You're absolutely right. And you shouldn't because you want to show the variety of knowledge that you have. And this is where you can start coming up with your social media content categories, right. So let's say Mondays, you're going to publish your visibility vehicle and maybe you're going to take a clip from that posted on Monday and then another clip and posted on Wednesday, then you need to figure out what's going to go on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. This is a great opportunity for you to like we had Katya on the show, you can use some of her viral content templates. And you can publish those on Tuesday and Thursday, right people love the infographics. They love being able to see visually what you teach, then at least Friday, maybe Friday can just be stories, or maybe it can be press appearances or something like that. Coming up with that consistent schedule is going to really help you because then you can start writing out your content banks. This means that as you start publishing your vehicle, store it right store those posts so that in six months, you can have that cycle back through and no one's going to really care because it's content from so long ago, right? Same with your infographics or your templates, where you can start building a bank of those same with your press appearances etc. This is where you can really start tangibly creating a large content bank that can last you months and months and months. It's like my VA Irene she messaged me yesterday. She's like, Hey, you sent me all those graphics. And so you'll know your social media is done between that and your podcast episodes for the next two and a half months. So I'm like oh my gosh. That's so exciting to hear. Of course, I'm still showing up on those platforms, I'm still doing Instagram stories or reels. I'm still engaging when people comment. But the creation process is now off of my brain, which just so happens to work out great, because I'm working on building, you know, the visibility lounge program, as well as the color course. So it's that freedom, that is my goal to teach my students, right, I want them to walk out of the program, with their visibility strategy nailed and their social media scheduled so that they have a clear plan of action, because a couple of things can happen number one time freedom, of course, but the number two, they actually can learn this process and then start outsourcing it right, you can start bringing on a team or hiring a VA to take over some of the creative process so that you have more time and space to build and grow your business. A lot of businesses suffer because they're so focused on content creation and the overwhelming stress of it, they can't actually execute any other strategies. And so then they feel themselves drowning. And then they feel like they need another program, or course or mastermind to get them back on track. And so then they're spending more money, but they're not making money. You know what I'm saying? And you may have fallen into this yourself? I certainly did. So it was like, how can I come up with a system where I feel more freedom, I feel really confident with the content I'm publishing, but I have a free time to actually work on all the things I need to work on, right. And a lot of that comes from learning the process yourself, and then outsourcing. So that's what I'm working on with my students. That's what I wanted to chat about today. Because maybe you're able to go, Oh, I can start a visibility vehicle, oh, I can start a content bank. Oh, I can get this set up in my social media scheduler so that I can step away. Any of those things are huge wins. And if you want to know, the social media scheduler that I work with, that is social beef.
